For the LUV of soccer

Since Maycie first stepped on the soccer field at age 4 she has had a true passion for the sport.  This year her AYSO team was undefeated and she was very proud of that.  I remember one time Maycie wasn't feeling very well.  We tried to talk her out of playing that game but she insisted.  We could tell she wasn't feeling good because she wasn't playing her best.  After the first quarter she came running over with her hands covering her mouth and her cheeks pouched out like a chipmunk.  Thank goodness we had a bag for her to use.  That was enough to make her realize she couldn't finish the game.  Maycie talks about soccer ALL THE TIME.  After this year we decided it was time to get her on a comp team.  We are so excited about her team this year.  She has excellent coaches...her dad one of them...and really fun girls on her team.  Hopefully this will keep her satisfied and be plenty of soccer for this girl!
